Lucy cutting hair for LauraLynn

Lucy Bell has beautiful long hair. So she has decided to help the LauraLynn Ireland Children’s Hospice by cutting off 12 inches of it.

This is a little outside the Diary’s normal geographical space. But this fundraiser by a 9-year-old girl in Kilmead is certainly worth highlighting.

She set up an iDonate fundraising page to raise donations for the event. The event will take place on 22 August in the Cabello Hair Studio in Sallins.

Lucy’s target of €500 already exceeds the plan and currently stands at €845. Donations can continue until 29 September.
